By visiting the Visitors Voice website or registering for any of our (Adeptic Technologies AB) services, you acknowledge that you accept and consent to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

Visitors Voice does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. Visitors Voice does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use Visitors Voice services.

If you use any of our services and products on your own webpage or intranet when tracking visitors the last byte of their IP addresses will be anonymized per default, e.g. 192.168.100.xxx. In some cases if this has been agreed upon between Visitors Voice and the customer specifically, more or less of the IP could be anonymized.

You will not (and will not allow any third party to) use our services or products to track, collect or upload any data that personally identifies an individual (such as a name, email address or billing information), or other data which can be reasonably linked to such information by Visitors Voice.

You will have and abide by an appropriate Privacy Policy and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the collection of information from visitors. You must post a Privacy Policy and that Privacy Policy must provide notice of your use of cookies that are used to collect traffic data, and You must not circumvent any privacy features (e.g., an opt-out) that are part of the Service.

What we do with your information

Any information we collect will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes:

a. To comply with legal requirements.

b. In certain cases, we may use your email address to send you information about our products and services, such as a periodic newsletter. You may opt-out of receiving our newsletter from us by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each newsletter.

c. We may use personal information to provide our products and services.

d. We may use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services.

e. We may share aggregated non-personal information with third parties.

f. We may use information collected on your use of the Service to, among others, generate anonymous aggregated reports to our clients.

g. When we use third parties to assist us in processing your personal information, we require that they comply with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

We may share information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of our network and services. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site. We may provide your personal information to agents or service providers acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with our agents or service providers to ship your order, or send you email on our behalf. These third parties are authorized to use your personal information only to perform the service they are providing for us.

i. Visitors Voice Partners. If you are a Visitors Voice Client that signed up through our Partners Program, your Visitors Voice Client Information may be shared with the Partner Program member that signed you up for Visitors Voice’ Service, provided that, prior to any such sharing, Visitors Voice will obtain contractual obligations from the Partner Program Member that it will comply with all Applicable Laws with respect to such Visitors Voice Client Information. These Partner Program members may use that information to help you set up, adjust, manage, and cancel your account with Visitors Voice.

j. When you send email or other communication with us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

k. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us via our contact form. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Please don’t send us any communication which contains confidential information. Since we are not able to evaluate whether such communication contains confidential information or not, we may retain or use such confidential information as aforesaid and such retention or use shall not be deemed as a breach of any of our obligations herein.

Except as described herein, we do NOT:

  • i. Disclose your information.
  • ii. Share your information with third parties.

How do we use cookies?

Session information stored in cookies that are used to ensure accurate data is extracted from our systems. These cookies do not include any personal data. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you might not be able to login to your account.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, except as expressly provided for in this agreement, we make no other guarantee of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for your lost revenues or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability to you or any other party for any loss or damages resulting from claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this agreement will not exceed €100 (EUR).
